about

I never got the chance to write a love song to be honest. And I'm talking about the real kind of love like when you accept your partner's imperfections and vice versa. I once heard the best thing you can do to sell records is to write love songs that are simple and whimsical. I prefer to go deeper and so, here's my first one.

M.

lyrics

Lyrics:

And so it seems...never did I think I'd find...someone like you...never did I think I'd deserve...in my endless search...I have fallen between the cracks...to even try...to pull myself together for you.

But here I am Here I stand
In the middle of it all

Here I breathe and here I will...
let the right one in

Sometimes it's hard...to accept the way life is...when you feel...you're destined to be all alone...so deep down...I thank you for this mess that's ours.

Here we stand face to face
In the middle of it all
Here we know here we will
let the right one in...
